Ambition24hours Nursing Agency seeks passionate individuals with expertise in Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, Oral Health, Dysphagia, Epilepsy, and Buccal administration to join our growing team. Vacancies immediately available across Wales:

Band2 Healthcare Assistants (HCA) with:

• Confidently implement Olivier McGowan care: You'll be a key player in delivering this specific approach, ensuring optimal client well-being.

• Masterful oral hygiene care: From brushing to denture management, you'll ensure patients' comfort and oral health.

• Proficient in supporting clients with dysphagia: You'll understand swallowing difficulties and implement safe feeding techniques.

• Experience administering epilepsy medication: You'll confidently handle medication administration following prescribed protocols.

• Proficient administration of medication through the buccal mucosa, adhering to safe practices and dosage protocols.

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification: Your foundation in care practices is essential.

Band 3 Clinical Support Workers with:

• All the above, PLUS:

• Expertly manage swallowing difficulties: You'll go beyond basic support, implementing specialised dysphagia interventions.

• Experience administering a wider range of medication types and routes, including buccal.

• Supervisory experience (desirable): You may lead and guide Band 2 HCAs in your team.

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification: Your broader knowledge and skills are crucial.
